[EventCalendar] Get events by tags

I achieved this by setting the option "Show events as blog entries:" to
"Events as normal posts".
For example - http://uxnet.org/tag/refresh - lists both "blog postings"
and "events" that are tagged "refresh".
I had to to this also to get the Author pages to work well. With "Keep
events separate": when you selected an author, you only saw their blog
postings, not their events. And if an author only posted events, you
would get a 404.
