[EventCalendar] ec3 and 4 col set up

Hi alex,

I kinda like this 4 col theme and wondering

1. if EC3 calendar and upcoming events were in far right hand col of  
home

2. could event posts ONLY appear on some calendar PAGE instead of and  
in addition to an ARTICLES page

3. where click thru excerpt of event post takes you to calendar page  
with all calendar posts?
