[EventCalendar] Can dates in the calendar link to the permalink rather than an archive page?

Right now, if I call  <?php ec3_get_calendar(); ?> the resulting  
calendar links users not to the permalink for a given event, but to  
the archive page that contains that event. I'd like it to use the  
permalink instead. I'm not above hacking the code, but if anyone has  
any ideas of how to pull it off, that'd be grand.
