[EventCalendar] Full Page Calendar Resources

Hi,

Wondering what the latest information is regarding a full page  
calendar resources?
How best to make EC show in full page mode.

I have the following combo:

WP:  2.1.2
EC:  3.1.0

I'm comfortable editing PHP, etc. I just need to know, step-by-step,  
what I need to do.

I've searched the archives and the closest thing I have found was a  
post from Erik:
