Hi Jamon,
Ah. You are using EC v3.0.4. That version only supports single day
events, so it can't do what you want.
If you switch to the beta v3.1._pre14, then you will be able to schedule
multi-day events. They will stay in the category listing until their end
date has passed.
!! Beware though, that this is beta software. It may have bugs. The
latest version seems to be pretty stable though, so it might be worth a
look. You can't undo the upgrade process, so I suggest that you take a
copy of your blog and test out the new plugin version before you decide
whether or not it's for you. !!
