Good question. Can you describe your problem a little more...

You have multi-day events?

What do you mean by "appearing"? In the blog? On the category listing
page? In the calendar? In the sidebar event list?

When do they stop appearing in these various places?

What behaviour do you expect?

Do you have the "Keep Events Separate" option turned on? Have you tried
it?
