[EventCalendar] Bug after upgrading to EC3 3.1._pre12

Just remove the keyword "IGNORE" from SQL statements. You'll find it
in several places.
Anyone know of a way of determining the MySQL version that we are
using? (without making a DB call - that would be wasteful.)
