[EventCalendar] EC3 not accessing ec3.css and ec3js files

This is probably something really obvious that I am overlooking. I  
have a new install of Event Calendar 3.1 Beta in a test blog. It does  
not appear to be accessing the ec3.css and the ec3.js files. You can  
see it here: http://www.cadc.auburn.edu/cadc-testing/.

Any observations are welcome - sorry in advance if this is something  
dumb that has been covered a thousand times - I have not been able to  
find anything about it, but I just may not know what to look for...
