It's supposed to do that already. Try checking, then un-checking the
"event" category checkbox.

Yeah, that would be great. If somebody writes it, then it'll go in.

What's really not acceptable is the way the interface pokes right out of
the main column ontp of  whatever is in the right-sidebar. That *really*
needs to be fixed.

Yeah, there's a little bit of infrastructure there for them. I'm
currently working on another calendaring script that's teaching me about
iCalendar-style repeating events. So maybe eventually...
