[EventCalendar] EventCalendar BETA 3.1.pre12

Hiya,

I've just tagged this release. You can find it here:

Changes:

 o New, much more snazzy schedule editing interface,
   thanks to David Nutter.

 o Fixed iCal interface.

 o No longer tries to upgrade pages as though they were events.

 o Changes for WP2.1 suggested by Jesse Planck.

 o Moved edit form <script> tags back down into the body.
   Let me know if this causes trouble!
