[EventCalendar] query_posts for category generates error "'category_id' in where clause is ambiguous"

Hi Alex and all.

I've solved this now - this error occurred when "keep events separate"
is selected. "Events are normal posts" is fine for me but I thought it
might help to let you know.

BTW the new documentation is very good but I've noticed a minor error:
mostly you refer to "ec3_get_schedule()" but you also refer to
"ec3_the_schedule()". The latter seems to be correct.
