Maggie,

I'm terribly sorry. I was wrong. In that old version, the
eventcalendar3.php *IS* outside the eventcalendar3 directory. You didn't
copy it accross to your web-server, which is why the plugin wasn't
showing up.

You realise that old version requires that you apply a patch to
WordPress' classes.php file before it will function correctly? I
strongly recommend that you wait for the version 3.1 plugin - it's MUCH
easier to use.
