Strange. I cheated a bit and viewed your ec3.css file, so I know you  
installed EventCalendar in the correct spot. Judging from that css  
file, you're using 3.0.4...and WordPress 2.0.4.

Just to satisfy my curiosity, temporarily disable your other plugins  
and check to see if the Event Calendar plugin magically appears. I  
can't imagine a reason why another plugin would prevent the EC plugin  
from being available for activation.
