[EventCalendar] 3.0.4 iCal DB corruption?

Now - does 3.1 pre 16 work with MySQL 5?

I tried installing it in the following environment
WP 2.0.4
Regulus 2.1.3
Askimet 1.15
Editormonkey 2.5
FrontPageFIlter .9
Falbum 0.6.7
WP-Cron Moderation 1.2
DBBackup 1.7
WP Lightbox2 0.3
WP-Cron 1.3
Executable PHP widget 1.0
Sidebar Widgets 1.0
WP ContactForm 1.4.3

And after deactivating 3.0.4 & activating 3.1 Pre16, the homepage lost
the left sidebar. A few refreshes and cache clears didn't fix it on IE
and FFOX, so I went back to 3.0.4.
