[EventCalendar] EventCalendar BETA 3.1.pre15 released

Hi there,

This is mainly a bugfix release. A few people have been getting SQL
errors. I think I've resolved that issue today, so it's worth punting it
out so everyone can benefit.

The number of bugs we are seeing seems to be dropping, so I'm hoping to
do a stable release soon.

Thank you to everyone who has tried the beta releases, and especially to
those of you who have reported errors and problems here on the list.

Thanks to Marc Schumann who suggested many of the iCalendar improvements
in this release.

CHANGES

Mainly bugfixes. Some refinements to the widget code.
Main functional changes:

- There are now two widgets. One for the calendar, one for the event list.

- iCalender export now much improved.
  Address is now ?ec3_ical
  The calendar now has a button that links to this address.
  It's still not finished. We still have timezone issues.
