[EventCalendar] Can't Add Events to Calendar. "+" button doesn't do anything.

Have you tried the following:

1. Check that parts of the old EventCalendar v3.0 are not still in your
   plugins directory.

2. Turn off all of your other plug-ins.

2. Upgrade Wordpress to the latest version.
