[EventCalendar] RSS Feeds

I have a similar question to Christina Huggins' on 18 May 2006 and
haven't been able to find a reply to her post...

— "I have a blog that lists upcoming conferences, and use event
calendar to post those upcoming events. These event posts,
consequently, are hidden from the regular rss feed.

A user asked me if there was an rss feed he could subscribe to that
would include these upcoming events as I post them (i.e., so that if
on May 17th I post an event that occurs on June 12th, say, though I
change the post date for June 12th, the rss feed SHOULD still include
that entry on May 17th - when I ACTUALLY posted it).

I found a way to get pull up rss feeds by category - so I pulled up
the rss feed for the "event" category (the category that event
calendar uses), and I'm not quite sure how the feed is working (the
feed address is http://www.philosophyconferences.com/?
feed=rss2&cat=6). The feed displays SOME future events that I've
posted (some upcoming ones later on this month), but it DOESN'T post
the most recent events that I've added. Make sense?

So, I'm not sure how this feed is working, and how it updates
itself. I don't know if you could help me out or not. Thanks.

My question is also about the RSS feeds. If I use EventCalendar for
my listings my RSS only seems to send one "post" for all the events
coming up, whereas before the new version I would use the Post
Timestamp to tell EC when the listings were.

Does this mean I have to use both the EC editor and the Post
Timestamp as well in order for the feeds to send the info on the day
it happens?

Sorry if that's confusing I'm a little confused myself :-)
