[EventCalendar] Upgrading

Hi Alex and all,

I have been waiting to upgrade a site I have running for the latest  
EventCalendar.

My question is, will upgrading from WP 1.5 to the Wp 2.05 and adding  
the new EC effect my old posts? I seem to remember something about  
the possibility of losing them.
