[EventCalendar] insert a default paragraph in a post when no event data is set

Alex,
I would like to be able to insert a default paragraph into a post when
no event data is set,
Something along the lines of "contact us for details of available dates"
As you already hook into the start of posts anyway for the date details,
do you think this is possible?
