[EventCalendar] Disabled Dan's FCKeditor plugin resolved JS error (for me)

Hi Alex.  Thanks for the recommendation.  I don't have many plug-ins
installed, but I had a feeling that one that gave me a ton of trouble,
Dean's FCKeditor would be suspect.  No JS errors and expected Event Calendar
functionality resumed once the editor was disabled. FYI: I have a "custom"
config of Dean's FCKeditor which does not reference his fckeditor
mods/rewrites to filemanager post/browse and fckeditor.js at all.  My "fix"
(a simple path change) has the main deans_fckeditor.js pointing to the
fckeditor.js in the fckeditor directory and the fckeditor is configured as
recommended for my web server from the author's documentation.  Let me know
if I can help testing any patches / fixes to the Event Calendar.
