[EventCalendar] Month Header on Calendar

I can't find the calendar anywhere on your web-site.

That's because that site has mangled settings. You have to set 'home' 
and 'siteurl' correctly for WordPress to be able to find its file and 
correctly form URLs.

The difference is caused by the "Only show events" calendar setting. 
It's not possible to use permalinks to express "events in November", so 
we fall back to the GET-style (With the '?'). That's guaranteed to 
work, unless your settings are messed up. See your WordPress "Options" 
screen.
