[EventCalendar] Month Header on Calendar

Hey Alex!

I took notice to something on my calendar and it appears to be happening to
others as well. I like using the graphical mini-calendar in my sidebar with
the list of upcoming events. However, I was testing my site out and noticed
an issue with it. If I click on the month name that is printed (for example
this month: November), it returns a page not found. Obviously, my first
instinct was that I didn't have the calendar set-up properly. However, I
started looking at other implementations of the calendar (from their
postings on this list) and see that the same thing happens for them as well.

If you go to my page: http://www.nastrings.org, and click on the month name
on the calendar, you will get a page not found. Similarly, if you go here:
http://www.cemarp.org/event-calendar/ and click on the month name the same
thing happens. I then went over the the EC blog and noticed that the same
thing doesn't happen on yours. From what I can tell, the difference is the
url that results. On mine and the calendar on cemarp.org, the link looks
like this: http://www.cemarp.org/?m=200611&cat=2, but on yours, the link
looks like this: http://wpcal.firetree.net/2006/11/. What causes the
difference?

I know the way you have yours set up is to not keep events separate, at
least that is the way it was. On mine however, I am keeping events separate.
Is this the problem or is there something else going on that I am not
recalling correctly? What should I do to allow the calendar to work
properly?

Thanks again for all of your hard work and dedication on this.
Dave
