[EventCalendar] installing 3.1 from rc3

Bill,

There are two widgets -- one is a WordPress widget and the other  
should be more appropriately termed as a K2 (getk2.com) side bar  
module. If you're not running K2, then you can safely ignore the  
eventcalendar3/K2 directory and the associated directions.
