[EventCalendar] Stable version 3.1.0 released.

I use EventCalendar on three domains.  I'm really excited to try the new
version.

Questions:
1) Are there any extra procedures for installing 3.1, where a previous
version may already be installed?
2) This may be more of a wordpress question.  I've had to use /* DIRTY
FUTURE-POSTS HACK FOR EC3 */, in order to get future posts to appear to
nonsubscribers.  Does this upgrade or the new WP upgrade eliminate the need
for that hack?
