[EventCalendar] Popups 1 day off

Hello All,

So I've been doing a little updating to my eventcalendar code, and I
noticed that the popup that appears on mouseover is 1 day off on it's
listing (you can see it at www.awkwardsilences.net).  I did customize
the code some, so I most likely broke it when changing the plugin,
just wondering if someone could point me to where the popups day is
calculated.
