[EventCalendar] upgrade problems...

I will try the new admin.php when I have a chance, but I think the
problem lies in the javascript - the input fields you mention are there
in the source, they just aren't displayed when I click on the plus
sign...

I'll post here if the new file works...

The [+] should create a row of date fields for you to fill in.
