[EventCalendar] 3.1._pre11 still creating multiple calendars

Thank you for your reply, Alex. Yes, I did search about this and it's
an either/or situation. If 'home' is set to 'www.mydomain' then the
calendar works correctly for 'http://www.mydomain/blog/' but
incorrectly for 'http://mydomain/blog/'  and if 'home' is set to
'mydomain' then the reverse is true.

As far as I can tell, I have set up the options correctly. I was only
wondering about the scenario of someone manually typing in the address
and going to  'www.mydomain/blog/'. I suppose what I can do is set up
a redirect to immediately switch the URL to become
'mydomain/blog/'....
