[EventCalendar] 3.1._pre11 still creating multiple calendars

If I go to http://mydomain/blog, the calendar works beautifully (3.04
OR 3.1._pre11). But if I go to http://www.mydomain/blog (3.04 OR
3.1._pre11) and click on the next month, another month is generated
below the current one rather than replacing the current month.

With 3.04, I tried applying the fix that was published for this before
but all that resulted was that if I went to http://mydomain/blog and
clicked on the next month, another month was generated below the
current one rather than replacing the current month and if I went to
http://www.mydomain/blog, the calendar worked beautifully. Not exactly
the fix I hoped for....

While I have tried to ensure that nobody would ever go to my blog
using the www prefix, it would be nice if there was a way that this
particularly bug might get fixed. I confess that I have not tried
applying the current fix to 3.1._pre11 and still have the following in

------------------------------------------
ec3.home='<?php echo get_settings('home'); ?>';
..............................................

Where exactly is 'home' defined?
