[EventCalendar] EventCalendar 3.1._pre9

Hi everyone,

Alex is hoping to get EventCalendar 3.1 out as a beta on Sunday, but  
he's not promising anything either. In the meantime, here is  
3.1._pre9 with a diff I've made. Just unzip and place into your  
plugins directory. This version will create a new table to store  
events, so head over to Options>EventCalendar after activating the  
plugin.

Since this is still in pre-beta there may still be issues. Things may  
break.

This diff will alleviate any loading issues of scheduling section on  
the Write>Post Page if you are using WordPress 2.1+.
