1. The problem is on http://www.iubescbrasovul.ro/ : EC 3.1.0 conflict with WP lightbox JS 0.8 also with WP lightbox 2
2. Works fine on http://design-kulture.ro/index.php : EC 3.1._rc4 with WP lightbox JS 0.8 also with WP lightbox 2

I cannot confirm this. I put the lightbox 0.8 plugin on my local  
development blog and could not duplicate this error. Both plugins  
appear to function as expected.

Can you show us this error? Live site somewhere?
