[EventCalendar] Full Page Calendar Display Solution?

I think, if you search the mailing list archives, you'll find the
recommended solution is to install PHPiCalendar on your site
(http://phpicalendar.net/) and subscribe to your EC3 ical feed from
that. You could create a page template in WP that displays your
PHPiCalendar.
