[EventCalendar] All Day Events

Hey Alex,

Question for you...what would I have to do to have the script output
something (like All Day Event) for my all day events? I have a custom event
page showing all of my monthly events and that seems to be the only snag
right now. I am sure if I dig around enough I will find something similar to
it in the code...but I haven't ripped back into all of the files yet.

Additionally, I got an interesting notification from my blog...it told me
that I had an invalid link and then pointed to this:

/wp-content/plugins/eventcalendar3/css/menuarrow.gif

I double-checked the css directory and there is definitely no gif there and
I confirmed that the css file is calling for it. I am running 3.1.0 by the
way.
