[EventCalendar] Hiding events from WordPress archive page and category page

The Keep-Events-Separate setting manages to hide events from display
on the main page, but how do you keep the entire event category hidden
on the Archive page and Category page?

I would like to use EventCalendar to display civic and religious
holidays in a calendar, but I don't want these events to display in
any other view on WordPress.
