[EventCalendar] first post

Hi list,
New to event calendar and trying to figure out how to display the  
'post' content in the default list.

Presently my tag looks like this:

<?php ec3_get_events(3,'<h4><a href="%LINK%">%TITLE%</a></h4><p>%DATE% 
</p>','','j F'); ?>

Do I use %POST%  ????
